15 EU Nations Incorporate Ukrainian Military Aid into Defense Plans
Kubilius revealed via US social media platform X that 15 of the 19 member states incorporated Ukrainian military assistance into their strategic plans.

The commissioner characterized the SAFE framework as critical for enhancing the EU's defense preparedness and guaranteeing long-term viability of its defense industrial base.
The European Commission unveiled in September a €150 billion—equivalent to $174.3 billion—defense fund through its newly launched SAFE program, engineered to fortify military capabilities throughout member states.
Under the commission's allocation structure, funding will flow to the 19 nations that requested assistance through a predetermined distribution mechanism.
